Our fees are the most reasonable ( in the vendor's charge ) all services included !

Fees based on the cost, agency commision included :

from 0 to 100 000 € : 5 000 € 

from 100 001 to 300 000 € : 5%

from 300 001 to 500 000 € : 4.5%

from 500 001 to 700 000 € : 4%

from 700 001 to 900 000 € : 3.5%  

Over 900 001 € : 3%.
